A Note from Dennis
| For over 20 years now, I have worked with pitchers of all ages. Most play through high school, some through college and some have even entered the MLB draft. But what I am most proud of are the life successes of my students – the students who come to me years later and tell me how what I taught helped them overcome challenges off the baseball field. It takes much more than a strong arm to make a good pitcher. The confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship that the best pitchers develop will serve them years later in their education, careers and family lives. The philosophies I try to instill apply as much to life as baseball: |
 |
- Celebrate your wins, learn from your losses and always respect the game and those who play it.
- If you really want to succeed you must be willing to put in the effort, not just during games or practices, but between games and during the off-season when no one else is thinking of baseball.
- Practice good sportsmanship on the field and off.
